COMPUTER SERVICES

All Computer Repair Request that are received before 3:00 pm Monday – Friday will be handled on the same day, any service calls received after 3:00 pm will be handled the next business day. The hourly rate for same day service Monday – Friday is based on $ 55.95 per hour and must be paid upon completion of any work performed.

For all Emergency Service request received after 5:00 pm including Saturday and Sundays will be billed at the hourly rate of $ 145.00 per hour and will be required to be paid COD.

Note: Hourly rate does not cover any parts, software and or hardware.
